When you first contact us, a member of our customer service team will offer you a free consultation to discuss the student’s academic needs and requirements and explain the various tutoring options we have available. We can then set up a free meet and greet between you and the tutor of your choice.
What Is A Free Meet & Greet?
This initial meeting gives our students and clients an opportunity to get to know the tutor, ask questions and to ensure happiness and satisfaction before booking the first lesson. The initial meeting will set minds at ease, give a snippet of the tutor’s teaching style and friendly personality, and show what to expect in the first lesson.
What Happens Next?
Your tutor will book the first lesson at a time that suits you. We will follow up with you after the meet and greet and again after the first lesson. It is of utmost importance to us that our clients and students are always happy and completely satisfied with our service.
