Hi everyone!

My name is Erin and I'm an energetic and bubbly person with a strong background in tutoring. I believe that learning can be enjoyable and insightful for everyone and I like to ensure that all sessions are tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.

I studied English Literature at Edge Hill and I have such a love for reading and writing. It's such a privilege to share this love for English with all the people I work with and make it fun and accessible.

Since graduating, I have worked as an Essential Skills Literacy tutor and a private tutor for GCSE and A-Level English which has been really rewarding work. I have loved seeing all the young people I work with reach their fullest potential and use education as a means of opening doors and creating opportunity.

I am currently working towards my PGCE alongside my tutoring which has given me further insight to the curriculum and working with young people with a variety of educational needs and backgrounds. I specialize in KS3, KS4 AND KS5 English Language and Literature and I am currently taking students for the SEAG transfer test.
