Claire is a fully qualified & experienced counsellor, & an amazing academic mentor, life coach & tutor with 20 years' experience.

Claire’s specialist mentoring programme has helped hundreds of children who miss school due to anxiety return to mainstream. Her summer programme in Carrick Hub had amazing results with 80% of non-attenders having returned to school.

Phoenix mentoring sessions equip children with the tools to help ease anxiety and manage stress. Claire creates a warm & safe environment that enables children to open up & discuss their feelings.

Topics covered in the 4 week block are Anxiety, Stress, Self-Esteem and Health & Sleep.

Sessions are geared towards raising children’s self-esteem, boosting confidence, promoting positive behaviours, & improving mental health & psychological wellbeing.
